What this is

Applyomat is an art project and a social experiment about AI in hiring. It is satire. It is not a job application service. No job search takes place, no applications are sent to any employer, and no account is created.

Everything you see is fictional

The companies, recruiters, job titles, emails, figures and timelines are made up by a script. Any resemblance to real companies or people is coincidental. Sender addresses use the reserved .example domain, which cannot receive mail.

No affiliation

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company, product or service, including AI job-application tools with similar names. All trademarks belong to their owners.

No advice

Nothing on this site is career, legal or financial advice.

Free, as is

The site is free to use. It is provided as is, without any warranty, and may change or go offline at any time. Using it does not create a contract.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

What you send us

Please do not submit personal data about other people, or unlawful or offensive content, in the feedback answers. We may delete any answer.
